I have so much goodness planned for you. So what are you getting up to in the next 21 days?

Your time to have a fun play on the mat, feel strong and connected to your body.
All classes are taught in the Purely Wholesome Signature Slow Style (if you’re new here, it doesn’t mean easy, it means you actually feel your muscles), including express and full length classes.
Plus one deeply relaxing stretch and breath class, where you get to melt into your own body and a dedicated rest day.
Each week you will work on similar movements to the previous week, but with increasing technique and strength challenges as we go.
This blend of repetition along with some different fun exercises allows you actually progress but also keeps it interesting because I know we all love a spicy surprise!
These classes are for YOUR body so in every exercise you will have multiple options to find your level of challenge.
Community is a beautiful thing so feel free to sub out any of these for an in-person class at your favourite studio.

Journalling is hands down the greatest thing you can do to understand your own mind.
If you’ve tried before but the thought of a blank page terrifies you, no need to fear, I guide you through the entire process.
So whether your journal is your best friend, or you’re new to journalling, you are going to really love this moment to be present with yourself and truly reconnect with yourself.

Arguably my favourite part of this challenge. Living wholesomely to me, means finding the joy in the ordinary.
This is exactly what these weekly wholesome activities will help you do. It’s my way of bringing a “retreat” into your everyday life.
The activity each week will help you show up for yourself in the way you deserve and make YOUR life feel delicious.
You will find out all the activities immediately so you can plan this time for you in.

When I start to stop taking care of my mind and body the first thing I see slip my step count. It’s the sign of “I can’t be bothered” sneaking in too often throughout my day.
You don’t always feel like going for a walk, but sneaking one in ALWAYS makes your mind happy as well as your overall health.
Even finding little nuggets in the day for you, to get up from your desk to do a few laps around the home/office is so valuable to find little moments for you.
I would recommend setting a realistic goal for yourself. For most busy people this could be 8,000 steps. If you have more time maybe 10,000.
If this is triggering or you’ve had an obsessive relationship with this previously - remove this goal x
