The Itinerary ❊
All three meals a day are full of so much plant goodness for the body & soul, and will be prepared by our on-site chef. Meat can be prepared on special request.
Pool, ice-bath, sauna & lounge to enjoy in our free time. Or feel free to go explore Uluwatu!
Everything in the itinerary is included in the ticket. All activities are optional.

Some gentle movement and deep stretches will nurture you out of that funky post-flight feeling. This is the evening to release any heaviness and turn to making some genuine connections:
- Candle lit pilates flow into deep stretches and relaxing breath-work
- Intention setting & releasing
- Family dinner with connection cards
- Marshmallows around the fire

A day full of pure joy, connection and giggles: You are going to have pure cup-filling fun this day.

Our last full day is all about making the most of our beautiful villa and just being in that bubble of paradise.

Meet the Instructor & Facilitator
Dayna
I’m a passionate Pilates instructor who loves helping women fall back in love with their bodies through movement and moments of intentional self-love.
My teaching style is incredibly supportive and full of options to find your own level of challenge.
My classes are always full of giggles and slow tempos that will encourage control. Plus a whole lot of mindful moments.
In 2025, I won Pilates Instructor of the Year (Western Australia). I believe this is because of the way I help people connect with themselves and others through pilates and to have so much damn fun whilst doing so!
After years of teaching and creating beautiful pilates events, I’m excited to combine my love for creating Wholesome Experiences, Pilates and all my knowledge from my Psychology and Neuroscience degrees, into one incredible retreat for you.

Just travel costs so: flights, travel insurance (proof of purchase must be provided), visa and tourist levy - both of which I’ll explain how to buy, if you’ve never been to Bali before.
Of course you’re also more than welcome to purchase more snacks or drinks beyond the itinerary.

Airport pick-up and drop-off (or drop to your next accomodation if you’re staying longer in Bali) is covered in your ticket price.

I (Dayna) am certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, Breathwork and stretch methods.
I also have a BSc. in Psychology & Neuroscience which I use in my teaching methods, as well as the self-love activities.

Each class is taught to suit all different bodies. You will have options to take the classes as gently or as challenging as you would like.
