Feeling Wholesome Challenge
Last updated: 03/09/2026
Purely Wholesome ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use, and disclose your personal information in connection with the Feeling Wholesome Challenge (the "Program") and our website www.purelywholesome.net and how you can access, correct, or make a complaint about that information.
We are based in Western Australia and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), regardless of our annual turnover, given the nature of the information we may collect (see Section 3).
1. What This Policy Covers
This Policy applies to personal information we collect through:
Our website and checkout process;
Purchase and delivery of the Program;
Email communications, customer support, and marketing sign-ups; and
Social media pages and communities associated with the Program.
2. What Personal Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of personal information:
Identity & contact information: name, email address, phone number, billing/shipping address (if applicable).
Payment information: processed via our third-party payment processor (see Section 6). We do not directly store full credit card details.
Account & access information: login credentials, purchase history, program progress/completion data.
Voluntary content: reflections, or feedback you choose to share with us (e.g., via email, surveys, or community groups) — note that this may include information you disclose about your health, mental health, or personal circumstances.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and website usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools.
2.1 Sensitive & Health Information
Because the Program involves physical exercise, we may ask you to confirm certain health-related matters (for example, confirming you are fit and healthy to participate, or have been cleared by a doctor). If you voluntarily disclose health information to us — for example, in an email, a journal prompt you choose to share, or customer support correspondence — we treat this as sensitive information under the Privacy Act and apply a higher standard of care to its collection, use, storage, and disclosure. We only collect sensitive information with your consent (including consent implied by you voluntarily providing it to us) and only use it for the purpose for which it was provided.
3. Why We Collect Your Information
We collect and use personal information to:
Process your purchase and provide access to the Program;
Deliver customer support and respond to enquiries;
Send you Program-related communications (e.g., access details, reminders);
Send you marketing communications, where you have opted in (you can opt out at any time — see Section 8);
Improve and personalise the Program and our website;
Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and
Protect against fraud, unauthorised access, or misuse of the Program.
We do not collect more personal information than is reasonably necessary for these purposes.
4. How We Collect Your Information
We generally collect personal information directly from you, such as when you:
Purchase the Program via our website or checkout platform;
Sign up to our email list or communicate with us directly; or
Interact with our social media pages or online communities.
We may also collect information automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies when you use our website (see Section 9).
5. How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We only use and disclose your personal information for the purposes it was collected, or a related purpose you would reasonably expect, unless you consent otherwise or we are required or authorised by law.
We may disclose your personal information to:
Third-party service providers who help us operate the Program and our business (see Section 6);
Our professional advisers (e.g., accountants, lawyers), where necessary; and
Regulatory bodies or law enforcement, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Website hosting & analytics: Squarespace
Community platforms: Instagram, Whatsapp.
These providers only receive the personal information necessary to perform their function and are contractually or contractually/technically restricted from using it for other purposes.
6.1 Overseas Disclosure
Some of these service providers may store or process personal information on servers located outside Australia (for example, in the United States). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, including relying on the provider's own compliance with recognised privacy frameworks. By providing your personal information, you consent to this overseas storage and processing where applicable.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including secure hosting, restricted access, and use of reputable third-party platforms with their own security safeguards. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law (e.g., tax and financial record-keeping obligations, typically 5–7 years in Australia).

If you have opted in to receive marketing communications from us, you may opt out at any time by:
Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email; or
Contacting us directly at dayna@purelywholesome.net
We will not send you marketing communications if you have not consented, and we will process opt-out requests promptly.
9. Cookies & Website Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, understand website usage, and support marketing efforts (e.g., via Google Analytics or Meta/Facebook Pixel). You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though this may affect website functionality.
10. Access & Correction
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request correction of that information if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, or misleading. To make a request, contact us at dayna@purelywholesome.net. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe (generally within 30 days) and may need to verify your identity before providing access.
There is no charge to request access to or correction of your personal information, though we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of retrieving and providing extensive records.
